UK Delivery

We post all orders using Royal Mail First Class. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 days to reach you. The UK delivery charge is £1.99 with free delivery on all Növis Oil Care Pack orders.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery to all of Europe, USA and Australia. We send all orders using Royal Mail. Once your order is placed it typically takes 7-10 days to reach you. International delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and range from £6-£14 GBP.

Returns

Timeframe

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Requesting a Refund

We want you to fall in love with Növis Skincare and are confident in its potential to transform your skin. In the unlikely event that you do need to return your order, please start the refund process by contacting us at info@novisoil.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

To be eligible for the 100% satisfaction guarantee you must have used the product as directed for at least two weeks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
